| A registration fee covers only one presentation (abstract/paper) or poster. If an author wants to deliver a second presentation or poster, he or she needs to pay an additional registration fee of 400 USD (2800 CNY). | |
| For each accepted paper, if the registration fee has been paid, it can only be chosen for either an oral presentation or a poster presentation once. | |
| The regular conference registration includes venue fees, program manuals, conference materials, paper processing, as well as the production and publication of proceedings. It also covers refreshments and lunches during the conference, along with the welcome reception on Saturday, August 3rd. Conference registrations with the banquet option or those purchasing banquet tickets separately will attend the conference banquet on Monday, August 5th. | |
| The accompanying person registration fee is $550 (3900 CNY), allowing access to all conference programs without any presentation arrangements. | |
