For presentation purposes, submitting an abstract in English is sufficient, regardless of whether it has been published previously. | |
For formal inclusion in the proceedings, papers must be original and not previously published. | |

With the authors' consent, accepted regular abstracts (>200 words) will be published on ICCES Online (ISSN: 1933-2815 (online)). | |
With the authors' consent, accepted extended abstracts (short papers, more than 6 pages) and full-length papers (more than 6 pages) will be published by Springer, and indexed in EI Compendex, Scopus and Google Scholar for their full archival. | |
Selected outstanding full-length papers will be recommended to cooperated SCI/Ei journals of Tech Science Press. | |
If you are interested in applying a Special Issue within the ICCES2024, please contact the ICCES Secretariat at icces@techscience.com. Please note that only papers that were accepted, registered, and presented at the ICCES2024 are eligible for submitting an extended version to the SI. |
Manuscripts submitted will be undergoing a blind peer-review process during the time of submission. |
General Terms
All submissions will be subjected to brief in-house peer-review. | |
For each submitted regular abstract, extended abstract (short paper) and full-length paper, one theme area must be specified for the content. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to assign thematic categories as necessary. | |
The Conference organizers reserve the right to allocate accepted papers into sessions as they see fit in accordance with the overall program objectives. | |
The Committee reserves the right to change submissions for oral presentations to posters. | |
The acceptance of abstracts by the Committee does not imply any financial assistance or fee deduction. | |
At least one author must register in full to attend and present the abstract/paper at the conference. | |
An abstract/paper can only be presented once in one form (oral or poster), or in both forms (oral and poster). | |
Failure to register may result in the abstract/paper being removed from the Conference program. | |
The decision of the Conference organizers is final. |
